个人简介：

教育经历：

1986.7获华中科技大学同济医学院预防医学专业学士学位；

硕士研究生（1988.9-1991.7）就读于复旦大学医学院（原上海医科大学）营养与食品卫生专业；

2004年获武汉大学医学院博士学位。

社会兼职：

湖北省营养学会副理事长、湖北省预防医学会理事、湖北省毒理学会常务理事、武汉市营养学会副理事长；中国毒理学会免疫专业委员会理事；国家自然基金评审专家、湖北省食品安全风险评估专家组专家.

主要学术成果：

获省级科技进步奖3项、省/校级高教优秀成果奖2项，在权威期刊上发表科研论文120余篇，其中SCI收录30余篇。主编或参编人民卫生出版社教材6部、其他专著5部.
