个人简介:

向浩,教授,博士生导师,武汉大学珞珈青年学者。主要研究方向为环境流行病学和全球健康学。近5年来,主持国家自然科学基金1项,美国梅琳达-盖茨基金会项目2项(“在中国实现健康相关可持续发展目标:开发循证政策行动建议”和“完善中国医疗保险制度研究”),以及国家卫生健康委和湖北省卫健委项目总计15项,累计到账经费281万元。以第一和通讯作者发表SCI/SSCI论文50余篇,12篇发表于Journal of Hazardous Materials、Environment International和Environmental Health and Preventive Medicine等SCI/SSCI 1区杂志,14篇发表于Environmental Pollution、Environmental Research和Atmospheric Environment等SCI/SSCI 2区杂志,累计被引用557次,ESI高被引论文1篇,H指数为16。参编的学术专著“实现健康中国2030目标——基于实证的研究”,由卫生健康领域的权威出版社“人民卫生出版社”出版。2018年主笔的咨询报告《关于疫苗风险点防控的对策建议》和《我省专家对加强疫苗监督管理的工作建议》分别被中共中央办公厅采纳和湖北省委书记批示,新冠肺炎疫情期间参与撰写的6项咨询报告获中央和省级领导批示,其中《关于降低武汉市新冠肺炎病死率的建议》获得李克强总理的肯定性批示。

科研方面,长期围绕环境健康和健康中国开展研究,主要在三个领域推进创新:(1) 空气污染与慢性病:基于遥感信息技术和人群健康大数据,构建环境健康风险评估模型,在国内首次系统评估PM1,PM2.5和NO2等空气污染物对高血压、糖尿病和血脂异常等慢性疾病的影响,研究结果为完善大气污染的精准防控政策提供重要依据;(2) 空气污染与母婴健康:构建PM2.5、PM10和NO2等空气污染物的个体暴露模型,明确空气污染是早产和低出生体重等多种母婴疾病的重要危险因素,研究结果先后被Nature (IF=42.779),Lancet Global Health (IF=21.597)和Environment Health Perspectives (IF=8.341)等国际权威期刊累计引用136次,在该研究领域产生较大的国际影响;(3) 健康中国的实现策略:围绕“健康中国2030规划纲要”的相关目标,深入分析实现健康中国过程中可能面临的主要挑战,并就儿童营养、妇幼和生殖健康、结核病和慢性病四大重点领域展提出相应对策建议,是国内首个基于循证数据全面深入研究健康中国实现的策略研究,研究结果为推进落实健康中国2030提供理论参考和循证依据。

学术兼职包括国家自然科学基金项目通讯评审专家,教育部学位中心论文评阅专家,中国全球健康大学联盟(CCUGH)第三届理事会副主席,中国全球卫生网络理事,中华预防医学会全球卫生分会委员,湖北省预防医学会理事,湖北省预防医学会流行病学专业委员会委员。担任BMC Public Health (SSCI 2区期刊,IF=2.521)的副主编,Global Health Research and Policy和Global Health Journal的编委,中华疾病预防控制杂志(CSCD)编委,气候变化研究进展(CSCD)编委,ES&T, Environmental International, Environment Research等30多个期刊的审稿人。
